The Monterey Bay Republican Women Federated collected Teddy Bears from their membership which they presented to the Sheriff’s Office at their December 3rd meeting at Rancho Canada.  This has become an annual tradition at their December meeting for the past several years.

Pictured are Student Council Officers from Robert Louis Stevenson Lower & Middle School in Carmel, along with lots of cuddly teddy bears and stuffed animals.   The school held their own Teddy Bear Drive and for one week in December they collected stuffed animals as part of their Holiday ProjectOn December 15th, they presented the teddy bears and stuffed animals to the Sheriff’s Office.  All these bears will be given to less fortunate children this holiday season. We thank everyone for their generosity.

Cash donations are also accepted. Funds received will be used to purchase teddy bears.
Please make checks payable to Sheriff’s Advisory Council  and mail to the nearest station, attention to the name listed.
Please note “Teddy Bears” in the memo portion of the check.
