Sandoval is wanted as a suspect in a homicide, which occurred during an attempted robbery on December 12, 2004, at the Taco Bell in Prunedale. Once Sandoval was identified as a suspect, he fled from officials. He is believed to be in the Monterey/Santa Cruz/Santa Clara/ San Benito County area or may be possibly living out of state with relatives. Sandoval should be considered armed and dangerous. He has reportedly stated that there will be a shootout when he is located. An arrest warrant has been issued for Sandoval with $1.5 million bail.
