On the very first page of the web address it has a bio regarding what WeTip does and how they got started. WeTip has paid out almost 1 million dollars in rewards to anonymous WeTip callers, although only half of the WeTip’s callers want a reward.  This is a good selling point to some callers, but it does have parameters that must be met to receive the rewards.
